Ruggedly constructed for reliable service, the Series 1200 detector is constructed of corrosion-resistant 316 stainless
steel. All-welded construction provides solid stability and a smooth, seamless exterior for sanitary applications.
The search head is fully encapsulated to assure stable operation and to protect the search coils.
Series 1200 is available in a severe-duty model which can withstand scalding water, caustic solutions, and steam
cleaning. Designed to meet requirements that are more stringent, this detector remains watertight after direct,
high-pressure washdowns.
Automatically "learns" the product to eliminate time consuming operator setup and operator training.
Stores up to 100 products in memory which can be quickly retrieved; loss of power will not affect product memory.
Report generation on a shift or batch basis is the cornerstone of HACCP compliance. Portable printer available
with RS232 Serial interface to download copy of event record. Ensures inspection integrity because only authorized
personnel have access to product settings; prevents unauthorized tampering.
