Unlike conventional machines, our de-skinning system doesn't require operators, rather relies on conveyor-fed front halves, thighs or drumsticks to its in-feed belt. This reduces the possibility of repetitive motion issues. Using our patented skinning system, product can enter in any orientation. The result is de-skinned product with no damage to meat. Used for breasts and thighs, the production rates are up to 90 pieces per minute, depending on your product.
