 Double Bladed Keel Knife
The Globe double bladed keel knife is made with our exclusive pistol grip ergonomic design and is recognized among
cut-up and debone departments nationwide for giving clean, consistent cuts with high yield. Blades are made of
hardened stainless steel and are USDA approved. All components may be purchased separately. The blades can be sharpened
independently. Complete knife with 1/8" spacing for small birds and ¼" spacing for large birds.
Globe Knife Sharpener
Our customers love the simple design and its durability over other similar sharpeners. Mounted on the deboning
table (one sharpener for each two employees), it becomes a time saver and allows you to eliminate costly knife-sharpening
personnel by having deboning personnel restore their knives to original sharpness in 3-4 quick passes. Constructed
of USDA approved UHMW and stainless.
Circular Blade Box
Transport your circular blades safely to and from the processing and sharpening equipment. Two sizes are available
for blades, 7" and 12" in diameter. The slotted interior design for easy retrieval of your blades holds
up to 10 blades. Built from stainless steel and solid UHMW material with ¼" chamfered holes drilled
completely through the case for easy washdown; designed for lockout.
Lung Guns
Constructed of stainless steel, these guns are used to remove the lungs and kidneys from birds; connects to a standard
1" reinforced vacuum hose. The gun comes without teeth or with teeth if scraping is needed.
Ergo Stands
Elevate personnel in deboning, manual production placing and other operations in order to improve efficiency. Heavy-duty
stainless steel frame with fiberglass grit grating. Standard dimensions are 18" x 24" with a 13 ½"
height adjustment; custom sizes made to your specifications.
SnapIdle
The SnapIdle is a new approach to solving the problems of maintaining tension on moving chains; this is accomplished
by establishing and controlling the chain path vs. constant tension on the chain. It's easy to install, no brackets
or mounting points are necessary and it can be easily retrofitted to equipment currently utilizing other, more
expensive and maintenance intensive tension systems. The wear that the SnapIdle introduces into the system is substantially
less than the tension systems it replaces! It reduces sprocket wear, chain wear, cost, maintenance, installation
time, down time, and component failure.
Stainless Steel Motor
Stainless steel construction with a gasket terminal box cover. All fits sealed with RTV sealant to prevent the
entrance of moisture. Oversized double sealed ball bearings. Four-quadrant stainless steel drain plugs in C-face
bracket for flexibility of mounting. Contact seals on shaft extensions. Class "F" insulation with 1.15
service factor, 3-Phase, 60Hz, 208-230/460 or 575 volts; comes with a standard two-year warranty.
